Paper Playtime Challenge - say it with sentiment

Good Monday Morning Everyone!  Today at Paper Playtime is the "Say it with Sentiments" Challenge!  This challenge is scheduled for the 3rd Monday each Month and I was lucky enough to have been asked to be a Guest Designer for this challenge by Janis herself the owner of Paper Playtime!  Thank you so much for the chance to be part of your wonderful team this month Janis!

My GDT card for this challenge:

Paper - K & Company "very merry"

I wanted to create a very clean and simple card for this challenge so the sentiment really stood out.  The little girls top is paper pieced and the rest of her is colored with copic markers.  Just one little button with twine for an embellishment.

Thank you for stopping by and please head over to Paper Playtime to join in on the "say it with sentiment" challenge.

Snowflake Tag

It is really cold here today so of course I had to make a snowflake project.  LOL  Over at The Greeting Farm they are having a TAG challenge so I thought this would be a great project to make.

Using a My Guy Ian "special autumn" image, a silhouette snowflake flourish and a snowflake tag made using Cricut cartridge "very merry tags".  I made this chilly tag.  :)

Christmas Teacher Bookmark

I have been working on teacher presents again and wanted to post my fun idea for a great teacher present.  Ok most teachers will tell they get flowers or candy from their students.  Well I wanted to send in something a little different.  So I have created a special Christmas bookmark for the teachers.  Tell me what you think....

I wanted to make something with an inspirational message for the teachers.  Something they might use and enjoy. So hence the idea of a bookmark.

soft colors

Today, I am posting a card using soft colors.  Blues and Greens.  I love the idea of using non traditional colors on Christmas cards.  It gives the card a sweet feel.

I went to my rubber stamp stash, that I haven't used in a while a pulled out this lovely image from The Greeting Farm.  These images always color up so nicely.

I just love all of the Miss Anya sets.  They are my favorites from The Greeting Farm.  I added some heated Liquid Applique to the fur on her ear muffs, coat lining, and hand warmer.  Too cute.

Love it.  Have a great day!
