Paper Playtime Digi Monday - Wedding/Love Challenge

It is Paper playtime's Digital Monday time again and this weeks theme is Wedding or Love.  So go on over to the blog here to check it out and enter your project! The queens have made some beautiful projects to show you!

Here is my DT projects:

I made this card using Deacon Swing from Bugaboo Stamps which you can purchase here.

This stamp is so sweet and one of my favorites.  On this card I used K&Co. papers, Sizzix flourish die, Sizzix corners die, Sizzix scalloped tag and pearls.

My next project is a gift bag using the Birds holding hearts by Pink Cat Studio that you can purchase here.

For this project I used a Lifestyle Crafts paper bag die and using a spellbinders scallop rectangle die and spellbinders tag die I added handles to the bad.  I made my pom pom flowers you can see how they are made here. I added some butterflies using a Martha Stewart punch then the love tag is a spellbinders die tied on with Divine Twine in Lemon.  Stickles crystal was added to the hearts held by the birds.

See you over at the Paper Playtime blog!

Ribbon Flower

Good Morning Crafters,

I am up early and ready to craft!  I was at the craft store the other day and saw a flower embellishment made out of ribbon.  I decided to try and make my own.  My first attempt at it is on the card below.  I am still perfecting them so don't judge me to harshly.  :)

Have a great day!

Hamming It Up At the Movies blog hop

Welcome to "Hamming It Up At the Movies" sponsored by Hambo Stamps!

Today Hambo customers and the Bacon Bits Design Team are bringing you fun creations that depict movie titles! It might be your favorite movie, or just one that was fun to design. If you arrived here from Melissa's Blog you are in the right place! If not, you might want to start back at the beginning at the Hambo blog to make sure you are eligible for the hopper prize!

A prize will be awarded to one participant whose movie-themed creation tickles the Bacon Bits’ fancy in a hammin’ jammin’ way!  Another prize will be awarded randomly to a hopper who comments on all the blogs along the way. The winners will be announced on the Hoedown blog, as well as on the Hambo company blog, Talk to the Ham, on Wednesday, May 25.

My creation is a Father's Day card to my lovely husband. He is our super hero! As you guessed my card depicts the movie SUPERMAN!  As soon as I saw the Wee Henry Hero digital image I knew it was perfect to use for my husband's card.  You can get this image HERE. I also used the Hambo Buildings/Ledge digital image on this card.  You can get that image HERE.

Thank you for stopping by...
